If you have problem while using our product and and wish to receive After Sales Service, please read carefully.

1. Please contact us in advance if you wish to receive After Sales Service.

If you did not contact us in advance, the service may be delayed.

Please email ogramhome@naver.com and briefly describe the status of your bag condition or send in a picture of the bag condition.

2. Any exchange or refund due to defective or remorse will be processed in a different way.

In case of defective exchange.refund, please send us by Cash On Delivery using CJ Korea Express. After the receipt of the product, the inspection determines whether the product is defective. If there is no abnormality in the product, round trip courier fee may be incurred.

3. Your product cannot be exchange/refund, if the product is used.

If there is a problem after used, A/S is possible, but it is not possible to exchange with new product or refund.

Damage that are caused by airline, it can be reimbursed by calling the airline.

Ogram will not be responsible of damage caused by excessive transport.

Ogram carriers are partly handmade. We appreciate your patience as we may have small scratches on the process.

If you would like to exchange or return your item, please contact us in avance to ensure prompt handling.

4. For International Customers

A/S service is possible.

We are able to send the damaged parts to you if your product is still under our 1-year Warranty.

Product Warranty

All of our products comes with 1-year Warranty. in the period of warranty, A/S service fess is void.
